I love perks coffee house! I’ve been dancing next door for 13 years and I’ve never had service any less than the best! This place treats their regulars like their royalty and you never have to worry about a cold shoulder. You can spend time peacefully inside to get your work done in the cutest atmosphere. Don’t forget to take photos with the amazing butterfly mural!

Stopped off here on the way up the 15, and the food was delicious! My friends and I liked everything we got : bagels, breakfast panini, chai latte, strawberry mango smoothie. It was a great stop for us and had a variety of things that satisfied everyone. The staff is friendly and the decor is so cute! There’s a nice outdoor area to hang out in too, very covid friendly.

Been to this place many years ago way before social media and Yelp. So I find myself in the area this weekend and stopped bye, and it’s still the same great taste I ordered a cold chai latte and my partner ordered salted caramel iced latte with a tiramisu.
They also have paninis, bagels, muffins and danishes.
I will definitely come more often whenever I’m in the area it’s a great coffee house to come visit and take in a cup of coffee and a bite to eat plus it’s very hipster vibe and crowd with indoor and outdoor seating.
